These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Personal Brand University (“PBU”), operated by:

By purchasing a membership or accessing PBU materials, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview of the Programme
Personal Brand University (“PBU”) is a 12-month guided business and personal branding programme delivered online.
Depending on the membership tier you purchase, you may receive:
1.1 Main Stage (Standard Tier)

Weekly live trainings
-
Weekly implementation sessions
-
Monthly Q&A
-
Access to the PBU community
-
Tools, templates, frameworks
-
Replay library
-
Bonus masterclasses listed at checkout
1.2 Headliner (VIP Tier)
Includes everything in Main Stage PLUS:
-
Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching calls with Anzhelika
-
Personal branding asset reviews and audits
-
Custom feedback and strategic recommendations
-
Priority support
-
Exclusive bonus sessions with guest experts (depending on availability)
You only receive the services included in the tier you purchased.
2. Programme Duration & Access
2.1 Minimum commitment
PBU is a 12-month programme.
You commit to the full 12 months when you join.
2.2 Early cancellation
If you cancel before completing 12 months:

Your access to all PBU areas ends immediately.
-
All remaining installments remain due.
-
No refunds are provided.
2.3 After 12 months
After completing 12 months, your membership is automatically cancelled.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Prices
Prices for each tier are shown on the website and checkout page at the time of purchase, VAT is indicated.
3.2 Payment options
You may pay:

Monthly installments (12 payments), or
-
Pay in full (discounts or bonuses may apply)
3.3 Installment plan clarification (IMPORTANT)
Monthly payments are NOT a subscription. They are installments of a 12-month contractual agreement.
By choosing a monthly payment plan, you agree to:

pay all 12 installments
-
complete all payments even if you stop participating
-
remain financially responsible for the full amount
Failure to pay installments is considered breach of contract.
3.4 Failed payments
If a payment fails:
-
Stripe will automatically retry
-
You will be notified
-
Access may be paused after 7 days
-
Outstanding amounts remain due
-
We reserve the right to use a collections agency or legal action if unpaid
3.5 Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback:
-
all access to PBU is revoked immediately
-
we will provide evidence to dispute the claim
-
we may pursue the full remaining balance
-
legal costs may be charged where applicable
4. Refund Policy
4.1 14-Day “Encore Guarantee”
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you attended a session or accessed materials and determined the programme does not provide value.

After 14 days, no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
4.2 Pay-in-full bonuses
If you request a refund within 14 days:

bonuses are revoked

if you used a bonus (e.g., private coaching call), the value may be deducted from the refund
4.3 Digital products
Digital downloads, templates, courses, or masterclasses included in PBU are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancelling before 12 months
You may cancel early, but:

no refunds are provided
-
all outstanding installments remain payable
-
access ends immediately
5.2 Cancelling after 12 months
After completing 12 months, your membership will be automatically cancelled.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials provided inside PBU — including:

videos
-
trainings
-
templates
-
documents
-
frameworks
-
AI agents
-
prompts
-
software tools
-
Q&A recordings
-
community content
-
worksheets
-
branding and messaging systems
are owned exclusively by Content Fudge – Anzhelika Tauber.
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own business use.
You may NOT:
-
Sell, share, distribute, or copy PBU materials
-
Give access to team members, VAs, clients, or friends
-
Repurpose PBU content to create a competing programme
-
Publish internal strategies or training publicly
-
Train others using PBU materials
Violation of this clause may result in legal action and immediate removal from PBU without refund.
7. Community Behaviour & Removal
To maintain a safe learning environment, you agree to:

behave respectfully
-
avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct
-
not disrupt sessions
-
maintain confidentiality of member discussions
-
follow community rules
We may remove any participant who violates these guidelines.
No refund is provided.
8. Non-Disparagement Clause
You agree NOT to:
-
publicly slander
-
defame
-
disparage
-
or spread misleading information
about:
-
the programme
-
the company
-
the brand
-
the founder (Anzhelika Tauber)
-
fellow members
-
the team
-
or any guest experts
This includes (but is not limited to):
-
social media posts
-
comments
-
reviews
-
emails published publicly
-
Reddit/Trustpilot/forum posts
-
screenshots shared out of context
If you have concerns, you agree to address them privately by emailing:
Violation of this clause may result in:
-
immediate removal from PBU
-
termination of access
-
legal claims for reputational harm
-
recovery of damages where applicable
9. AI Tools & Usage Rules
PBU includes access to custom AI agents, prompts, workflows, and templates.
You may use them for your own business only.
You may NOT:
-
resell, copy, or package AI tools for commercial use
-
reverse-engineer instructions
-
distribute prompts
-
use the agents to build a competing product or programme
Violation may result in permanent removal.
10. Results Disclaimer
We provide frameworks, training, tools, and guidance. However, we cannot guarantee results, including:
-
revenue
-
profit
-
client numbers
-
audience growth
-
social media performance
-
business success
Your results depend on your:
-
effort
-
skills
-
market
-
implementation
-
offer
-
consistency
Testimonials showcase individual experiences and are not guarantees.
11. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that you have:

reliable internet
-
a device capable of joining Zoom
-
ability to access WordPress
-
updated software
We are not responsible for issues caused by your equipment or connection.
12. Availability & Modifications
We may modify:

call schedules
-
content structure
-
tools
-
platforms
-
guest speakers
-
resources
as needed to improve the programme.
Temporary downtime (for updates, maintenance, or outages) does not entitle you to refunds.
13. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by Austrian law:

we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
-
we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data
-
total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months
This does not apply to:

intentional misconduct
-
gross negligence
-
mandatory statutory rights

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Austrian law.
The court of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria, unless mandatory consumer laws specify otherwise.
16. Entire Agreement & Updates
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Content Fudge regarding PBU.
We may update these Terms as needed.
The version published at the time of your purchase applies.
